We are living inside a polycrisis. The environmental, social, political, and economic pressures are also landing inside organizations. This reflects as fractured supply chains, expanding environmental and social compliance burdens, geopolitical trade volatility, intensifying competition, eroding margins, pressure to adopt AI and technologize at speed, often without a clear north star.

The question is whether organizations can adapt with enough depth to remain relevant, resilient, and genuinely future-fit. What is needed is a different way of thinking, building, and leading.

Drawing on over a decade of venture building experience, developing new business models, leading product sprints, and building startup-corporate partnerships at Bosch, I bring the rigor and pragmatism of the innovation world into the territory of regenerative transformation. My workshops cut through complexity to help teams get aligned, find focus, and move toward what actually matters.

Design Sprint Facilitator at Bosch Startup Harbour

Over several years, facilitated product sprints for early-stage deep tech startups in Berlin, supporting founding teams in articulating their offering, sharpening their business models, and crafting compelling value propositions. The work directly contributed to startups' ability to raise capital and strengthen the innovation ecosystem in the region.
Impulse Session at LSE Generate, London School of Economics

Delivered an impulse session for a cohort of female founders, exploring how businesses can move beyond minimum ESG compliance toward creating more regenerative value for people, place, and environment while remaining economically viable.
Local Hub Host at The Great Wave Business Event

Hosted an immersive atelier at the House of Beautiful Business event - a global online gathering of over 2,000 leaders and changemakers. Weaving together art, somatic practice, and active dreaming through a curated series of contributors, the session invited participants to reconnect with the wildness of human imagination as a generative force for regenerative change in business, community, and beyond.
Living Labs for Mitigating Climate Change in Agriculture

Barcelona, 2025 Co-facilitated a cross-sector workshop applying design thinking and regenerative principles to explore how public procurement can be reimagined as a lever for systemic change, shifting markets, incentivizing regenerative agricultural practices, and driving policy transformation from within existing structures.
Life Design Workshop at AGDW Stuttgart

AGDW e.V. supports refugees navigating life in Germany with social guidance, integration counseling, and mentoring. As a volunteer, I facilitated a life design session for a group of young people, opening space to discover their strengths, activate agency, and begin imagining futures shaped by dignity and self-determination.
Design Thinking for Systems Change Workshop, Meetup Lisbon

Facilitated a design thinking workshop for a mixed group of changemakers at a private networking event in Lisbon, guiding participants through a structured process of connecting personal interests and passions to concrete opportunities for systems change.
The Impact Founder Tour

A self-initiated experiment that took me across several European cities into conversation with founders building in the impact space. Their stories were translated into media content designed to inspire action, build solidarity, and bear witness to a regenerative economy taking slowly shape.
