I work at the intersection of body, business, and systems change.
As a Neurosystemic Integration Coach, I support people in reconnecting to themselves through the intelligence of the body and the regulation of the nervous system. My work is rooted in the belief that that meaningful change, both personal and collective, begins with a felt sense of safety, because it is from this place that a deeper sense of agency can emerge.
Alongside this, I am a Venture Builder at Bosch GmbH, where I contribute to developing new business models and innovations. With a masters in business administration, I bridge structured, strategic thinking with regenerative approaches whenever possible.
My path includes a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and ongoing studies in Embodied Flow™ Advanced Yoga & Somatics, deepening my exploration of movement, awareness, and the subtle language of the body.
I am a Regenerative Economics advocate, currently in my second year of deepening studies in regenerative leadership and economics, which represents an important resource in helping me integrate organizational and systems change tools into my work.
All of this lives inside Heyrefuture! studio, which I founded in 2020 to explore new ways of living, working, and enacting systems change. From life, and not from fear.

2024 A foundational 200 hours training in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology with Yoga Samaadhi in Chiang Mai, accredited by the international Yoga Alliance.

2023 A specialized program run by the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management exploring the business and organizational implications of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies and how decentralized systems can serve as inspiration for redesigning the centralized financial structures that underpin today's inequalities.
